Asisti\u00f3 el gobernador Gerardo M\u00e1rquez, el comandante de la Zona Operativa de Defensa Integral n\u00famero 23, GD Rafael Zerpa Zambrano; el alcalde del municipio capital, Carlos Ter\u00e1n, diputados, legisladores, directores de gobierno y el pueblo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Luego de los honores militares y la ofrenda floral por parte de todos los poderes y representantes militares, el alcalde Ter\u00e1n cont\u00f3 su experiencia con el Comandante.
