Gerardo M\u00e1rquez, ha sido enf\u00e1tico en mantener la lucha contra las mafias que se dedican al transporte ilegal de bienes, por lo que tras un arduo trabajo de investigaci\u00f3n del Cuerpo de Polic\u00eda del estado Trujillo (Cpet) fue interceptado en la carretera Panamericana, municipio Andr\u00e9s Bello, un cami\u00f3n cargado de 17 metros c\u00fabicos de madera de la especie Sam\u00e1n (Samanea).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dicho veh\u00edculo era conducido por un ciudadano identificado como Alarc\u00f3n. L, quien no pose\u00eda los permisos de origen y la gu\u00eda de movilizaci\u00f3n, por lo que se presume que es una deforestaci\u00f3n clandestina.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ante esa situaci\u00f3n, las autoridades policiales procedieron a la retenci\u00f3n preventiva del veh\u00edculo y el producto vegetal por infringir en el art. 119 de la Ley de Bosques y Gesti\u00f3n Ambiental.
